Launched in 2002, located in Alan Chan Design Company’s office in Wanchai, Gallery 27 is a private-own gallery that aims to promote design-driven creativity; aesthetics and foster the infusion of art and design into our everyday life.
Within a decade of time, the 1,000 square feet gallery has hosted various design and art exhibitions ranging from graphic arts, photography, design objects and other design disciplines. Gallery 27 is also the organiser of many other exhibitions outside of its space, locally and overseas.

Gallery 27
The Gallery launches three to four thematic exhibitions a year, and in between the shows, it is the home of the private collection of arts and crafts of Alan Chan. Being an art and antique collector himself, Alan wishes to introduce and share with the audience his unique experience from affordable arts and crafts to auction pieces and urban rarities.
The Gallery also serves as a creative platform by promoting young and emerging designers, photographers, illustrators as well as visual artists. Gallery 27 supports emerging talents from Hong Kong, China and Asia - whose works reflect a strong influence from design.
