Alan Chan - 'MY JAPLAN' Exhibition

    04 Apr 2018

Alan Chan - 'MY JAPLAN' Exhibition

Alan Chan – ‘MY JAPLAN’ Exhibition exhibits Alan’s works of design & art in Japan and collaborative projects with Japanese designers since 1980s. As the first Hong Kong designer who entered the Japanese market in the 80’s, Alan has become the key bridge to connect the Japan design field. Japan's urban landscape, design and cultural atmosphere, and traditional craftsmanship and wisdom have profoundly influenced Alan’s creative career. Therefore, Alan hopes that through this "small" exhibition, young designers in Hong Kong can better understand the design and historical links between Hong Kong and Japan. At the same time, the independently published ‘MY JAPLAN’ and ‘NOW’ timepiece designed by Alan are not only available at www.alanchancreations.com globally but also at eslite Bookstore (Causeway Bay Store, Tsim Sha Tsui Store, and Tai Koo Shing Store).
